Our concierge services provide a synergy of lifestyle, spiritual, energy, and western medicine modalities to optimize well-being.

The fee allows our practice to maintain a low patient panel so that its patients receive personalized attention and comprehensive health care through its concierge services. Our providers typically have about 60% fewer patients compared to traditional practices.

Our providers are available to you by personal cell phone or email after hours and on weekends. We return patient texts and calls in a timely manner without the patient having to navigate a phone tree, leave multiple messages, or talk to someone who does not know you. We offer the flexibility of same day appointments and TeleHealth options for urgent needs.

The concierge fee covers our restorative medicine practices which include expanded personalized care, longer appointment times, direct access, and an approach that contemplates comprehensive health and wellness.

Depending on your insurance, routine care (not concierge services) may be covered by insurance.

No. Insurance does not cover the concierge services provided by Mangum Primary Care and does not reimburse the concierge fee. Your insurance may cover routine office visits and other routine services and items your insurer deems medically necessary but not our concierge services. Your copays and deductible for your routine visits are covered at your usual rate.

We will bill your insurance for routine services. If you have a co-pay or deductible, then you will be responsible for those charges.

Your HSA/FSA may cover the concierge fee for services rendered.

The fee will be charged every July 1st via an emailed statement for electronic payment.
If a patient joins the practice after July of any year, the fee is pro-rated until the following July.

Yes, monthly payment plans are accepted.
You must email our biller at kirstyn@billingidaho.com to indicate that you wish to be placed on a monthly payment plan, otherwise you will be billed annually.
It is required a card be on file for an automatic monthly charge. The card is saved automatically once you have made your first month’s payment via the emailed electronic statement.

Household members are defined by family members who live at the same residence.
Email our biller at kirstyn@billingidaho to identify your household members. Otherwise, you will be charged as an individual.
